Thanks Diplomatru. In fact I have not seen anything reported. And only two forum members with Rome Visa Office who have received PER since August, but I am not sure if they have not got any feedback fromthe VO or if they are no longer active in the forum.

I'm not sure for Warsaw VO, but for Rome VO there is no evidence from last year (what I have seen in the spreadsheet), and this year there are only 2 applicants that have received PER, in September if I'm not wrong, but no changes so far.
