Just an update from me. I applied for sponsorship for my wife on Oct 27 last year and we got her Confirmation of Permanent Residency 2 weeks ago. Good timing as she was back in Korea visiting her parents with our kids anyway, so now when she comes next week she can officially land! So 9 months...

My problem is that I have to wait orb til November, 2013 before I get my kids citizenship certificates, but I want to apply for sponsorship before that. I am wondering if explaining the situation in my cover letter and including the receipts showing that my application for the kids citizenship...
I haven't lived in Canada for 13 years and am now trying sponsor my wife so we can all move to Canada. Because I haven't filed income tax in 13 years, should I NOT get an Option C and just use my pay stubs from Korea and a letter from my employer?
We would like to get the application in the mail ASAP, and having to wait another month for in Option C isn't something I'd like to do. Dont' you think the pay stubs would be enough?
