I have foreign currency account in my country. I dont know if it has got branches in Europe, will it be Ok to send bank its slip to VO? or have i to open account in a bank having branches in Europe etc?

You are rite but problem is that it takes longer to follow this procedure. It takes from 1-3 months and i wanna avoid these delays, however Berlin VO takes only 8-10 days for stamping
