Thanks ssudarjothi, do you know how long it takes to get the passport back with visa stamped from NYC consulate?

I got the original passport submission request from CIC, but still they didn't ask for FBI PCC. I have sent my passports to VAC New York on 11th May and waiting for the tracking number from VAC.

My employers lawyer has apply for reconsideration of my application as it was submitted before the new rule was implemented, CIC has considered for review and today I got the email requesting for Original passport submission.

I got the email from CIC that decision has been made and it has been rejected because employer has not paid the compliance fee required for application submitted on or after 21st Feb, although my application was submitted online on 20th Feb.

Hope they will contact me soon or update the application status/message online.

Just got an email from CIC "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information." But when I logged into MyCIC, I didn't see any message or change in the application status, do you have an idea or you also...

How long did it took you to get the FBI report? Also did you see any status update online or it still shows the Open status?

Hoping we should get the passport submission request this week, as per facebook update they are processing 10th March applications so our application should be decisioned soon. consulate doesn't entertain any calls/ emails unless they exceeded the average processing time of 3 months, neither...

Hi, I just want to know if the CIC will ask for FBI police clearance certificate for the ICT work permit decision, as mine ICT application was submitted on 20th Feb and still no updates from the CIC. The FBI finger printing check also send at the same time and my US stay is maxing out in June'15?
