after u graduate from university of Saskatchewan's Masters program u can be nominated for PR through SINP postgraduate category..
Not every student is eligible for PR... they have certain rules for the students who r interested in PR after completing their education. the visa officer evaluates the future prospects of the applicant if he could fulfill the criterion of PR after getting educaton.. and if someone cant and visa...
