Hai, I have a doubt. I have overall 6 with w-6, r-6 s-6, l-6.5 I got offer letter for environmental engineering in saskatchewan polytechnic. Can i get visa without having overall 6.5, in sds category?

I got offer letter from saskatchewan polytechnic for an engineering diploma. My ielts score is s - 6 , w-6, r-6, l-6.5 & my overall score is 6.0. Can i get the visa with overall 6.0 band? I also have another ielts score card with overall 6.5 but one band 5.5.
