well the "cousin" is already in Alberta, as a carer in a Community retirement facility and she informed us that her old employer is looking for additional carers...so...we gave her our documents...and she forwarded to the employer...thus, we are outside Canada.... and for the processing she...

She said processing really requires payment....and that it really takes so much time...
