Thanks also gcctocanada for the link. Im just starting my application and I hope Id be included in the 1st 1000 of noc1122. A road block is my fbi clearance which i just applied for. I was informed that it would take 9 weeks to secure the clearance. good luck to you in canada.

Hi Rogue2578, you can go to NBI taft and have your fingerprinted by them. sa rm 108, just tell them you need it for migration. then they have it authenticated and can be picked up in a week at the DFA. Thats what i did. I requested for two fingerprint cards kasi baka hingin din yung sa state...

Additional info --- I overstayed in the US for less than 90 days. I was given a five year ban to enter and reaaply for US visa. Hope anyone could help.
