@Greeneyebunny thank you and I hope you will have some news soon. In our case, the process was slow due to the CSQ not being discovered until I contacted the VO. I guess if you're not applying with Quebec, your process will be quick.

They called me! Apparently, they didn't receive my CSQ (which I sent to them in April) and we had a confirmation from Quebec that another original was sent a long time ago. Anyway, long story short. I've been told that I will have my Permanent Visa tomorrow!!!! Yey!

I checked ecas just now and my address is gone as well. I can only hope that it will be good news somehow...

Thanks @fast. yes, my husband lives here with me, we submitted everything (marriage certificate, photos, etc) along with our application. I think if I don't get response by Tuesday we're calling them to ask for my passport to be returned so I can extend my Chinese visa.
