My father is now back in Canada with a RX-1 travel document which expires in April and obviously he has to leave then. Does anyone know whether he can apply for an extension of his stay for a couple of months? Do you know where he can apply or contact?

The RX-1 is still valid but I am worried that he may not get permission to enter at the airport. So my major question is that he has a valid RX-1 and 60 days for appeal has already passed, does he get permission to enter at the airport?
