I already have 67 points with my qualification. However, if I try to claim one-year trade certificate for my wife in order for me to get extra 3 points, can they return my application if they do award me those three points even though I already have the 67 points? Thanks guys!!!

I just have graduated from College with a degree in Business Administration. However, I have been working as Restaurant Assistant Manager for 8 years. Do I need a degree to claim the occupation as Restaurant Assistant Manager? Thank you.
