Bro, They have not taken the fees rather they have asked me to transfer the fees $12000 into the college's a/c. And you see on the offer letter there is a invoice on page 2 which is a statement of fees. chk that... still a bit confused... add to me to FB - email - dang_machines@yahoo.co.in
