Yes TCS is also operating in UAE and i didnt sent return airway bill just put my address and mobile # in the a4 envelope and fill up the updated form,Before i sent my passport my ecas is desicion made already then after a week it shows that medical received & Decision has made we wil contact you...

Thats the problem, I did not use the prepaid bill i used TCS Courier only.Im currently working here in UAE.
