Oh I thought u were still in the Philippines. our approval was July 4th and I received our request for passport Oct 9th because Manila mailed it to me here in Canada. This letter was sent to me on Sept 13th, same time as my wife's friend who went to post office in her village.

Have u gone to check your local post office depot. I know someone else who was sent their letter on Sept 13th 2012 as well and it was not delivered to their home. It was at post office 2 weeks. Until she went to pick it up. Maybe check it out.

Even if you send passport intoManila doesnt mean you will receive visa within 5weeks.

Yes It was family class sponsor my wife.
