Hi, Applying outland from the U.S. Sponsor checklist and U.S. checklist, Do I need to supply duplicate forms for both checklists? Like for instance the U.S. checklist wants all of the sponsored person's forms etc, and IMM 5491 also asks for them.

Yeah I tried to look online and then I called the provider, they don't keep a history of prepaid, only contract plans. But I don't think it should matter anyways. We send emails back and forth.

Hi, There is a statement that says that If a section does not apply to you, write “Not Applicable” or “NA”. So what does that really mean then. Like for instance the address portion. I don't have a P.O. box or certain phone types.

Hi, Some forms have questions where you need additional space on additional paper. Where do you put those pages? Do you put them on top of the forms, underneath the page, or behind the last page. Thanks, I'm trying to organize it now.
