    Yes i am still confused, does any one know for sure how this cap things are calculated? if it is regularly counted and updated then what happened to NOC 3131, was it an exception?

    Hi: I applied in 3112 category and my application reached the CIO today (30 Dec). The cap updates shows 452 as of 28 December. Can any one tell me what is the chance that my application will fall within the cap. Thanks
