Actually this is exactly what I agreed with my consultant to do but he is saying that we have nothing else to do if they denied the request to re-open the case….I mean this is it…do I have to give up for nothing after 4 years waiting ???

Thank you Honest Robber, I have been informed via a formal letter and according to that letter the reason behind the refusing is “You provided no detailed letters of reference from your employers” but I have already provided three detailed letters covering my 12 years experience.
