Hi. I have submitted a visitor extension. It said to provide copies of pages with stamps, I have no pages with stamps so I didn't provide any. Also because of this, I provided no proof of entry because it wasn't necessary. Is this okay?
Hello, on the extension document it said "provide any pages with stamps in your passport" I did not because I have no stamps, even though I have entered Canada twice. Is it ok I submitted my extension doc like this?
Trying to become common law. Under the "Details of Visit" box It said to put, day you landed to the day you want to extend to. Put the day my visit visa expires to the day I want to extend to, how big of a mistake is this? Is it something likely to get my app rejected?
It said for the extension, put the day you landed to the day you want to extend to. Instead I put the day my visa expires to the day I want to extend to. This is under the Details of Visit box. How big is this mistake and is it something to worry about?
Yes it's perfectly good to go the common-law route and tons do. Keep in mind, while your partner is visiting though they can not work/study unless they have a work/study visa.
Also, since I said I'm extending for common law, in the explanation letter I let them know I would be going into her lease soon and utilities. Was this bad to say? Does it make it sound like I'm trying to live here? I sent the extension for a year
Ok im sorry I was just confused because they didn't explain it well. the anxiety is terrible over this stuff lol, thank you for your help guys I'll just sit back and relax. I'll update you when it comes!
Okay I see. But I put the wrong date under details of visit, apparently I was supposed to put the day I landed to the day I want to leave. Not from the day my visa ends to the day I want to leave. Is it likely I would be rejected over that? Should I call or leave it?
