I already finished with my visa interview. This was my 2nd interview and after wining my JR it took 6 months to get final interview. now I am waiting for the result.

Hello, I am going for 2nd interview after winning judicial review. I applied under asylum class outside Canada for permanent residency. any suggestion / advise from senior members for my interview and how much chances to win the interview this time with different visa officer. Thanks Z

You have options to get private sponsorship as well.

Go to Thailand and apply asylum. You need to stay there for 2-3 years and then you get to go anywhere by UNHCR.

Are you on PVT sponsorship and outside Canada as well?

Because wining JR does not mean that you win the case from visa officer. We have to re appear in fromt of new visa officer.
