Final update on the stuff we had shipped. Everything was delivered to our place this week. No problems, extra charges or anything like that. Even with the problem we had at customs, I would still recommend Onnury Green. We did our flagpole in Sault St. Marie last week and had no problems. My...

We sent the one that you get instantly and were told it was the wrong one. We sent the one that you have to wait for and month later we got my wife's confirmation of being approved..... seems to be the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing all the time unfortunately.

A bit of an update. My wife emailed them and said that they needed to deal with the situation quickly or they would be facing a lawsuit. The company in Korea and the satellite office here in Toronto both emailed shortly after apologising for the situation and said that we can go to the customs...

Oh ya, it was pretty clear that this was standard practice. What the guy said was, is that most Korean's just let do it, but Canadians usually have a problem with it. haha

Hey Bart, This is why there is problem. I told them that I would only clear my boxes and now our stuff is sitting in customs. There was no way I was going to clear the other 30 boxes! There is no second B4 form, only a second shipping list with the extra 30 boxes. They are supposed to contact...

No worries! They came to our house on June 12 to pack everything up and yesterday August 12 was the first day that we could go to the airport to claim our stuff. But that is coming to Toronto, not Vancouver. I think that they said our stuff arrived in Vancouver about 2 weeks ago.

We got the B4 form done at the airport as well. I believe that your stuff still needs to be cleared from customs. You will have to go in and answer a few questions about the stuff. I needed to bring the B4, my passport, proof that I had been out of the country (I printed my proof of employment...

We got our good news today! Our status has been changed to "Decision Made"!!! This is so much faster than we ever would have thought.... One problem, we have sent them a change of address 3 times, and that has yet to be updated....

@Marticus I am not sure about this, just kind of thinking out loud, but you might want to try and make it as specific as possible per box. Make your list, and then ask ONNORY to pack it as you have written down. That way, your list will perfectly match what shows up. If customs look at your...
