Dear , Usually Long study gaps are bot acceptable for canada... But your last study was recent ... so you can try with a STRONGER SOP to convince visa officer and your intentions towards study... You may get visa with stronger and genuine reasons with sop . Good luck :)

EMBASSY CALLED ME ON 10 JAN 2017 AND SAID TO SUBMIT NEW OFFER LETEER FOR MAY.

Make effective SOP and purpose that you will return back to home country after completion of course , progrramme should be relevent and equivalent ,not lesser ....good luck
