Brother, i already inquired through that link. But CIO denied to take any liability of post, which is paradoxical as they ask us to send such valuable original documents plus the money.

Logically if someone is not eligible at first place, then how can the money be transacted either through DD, Or credit card. According to the guide initially a completeness check that is followed by the eligibility check then the processing fee deduction follows the case to be put into process.

thanks PMM. I agreed with u. But your other point a few days ago that applications are in queue and it take two months for CIO to open file was proved wrong, as my colleague credit card was hit in first week for transaction of processing fee.

HELLO, Is there any case, like if someone have not sent to CIO a document required in either of the check list like a birth certificate and still his/her application is put to processing after the completeness check. I am talking of documents other then very essential document like IELTS test...
