CIC requested my passport 3 weeks ago but online it still says that my application is in process.

They will take you blood sample, urine sample, Xray, and you will go through physical. Just make sure drink tons of water before you go for your physical.

Well thats what the paper work says that I have till 18th of july. I had my medical done on the 17th Aug 2007. SO I think I should Have till 17th of Aug instead of 18th of July. I am clueless why such short time.

I was asked to send my passports to Buf, NY. Also was told that I have till 18th of July to enter canada. Any one has any idea how long does it take to get the passport back??

Also to let you know that I am done with my medical back in Sept 2007.

got done with medical back in mid aug 2007 and have not heard anything yet. I am on H1 B in States and transfered my case from Pakstan to NY in 2007.

They should'nt have refused it. As you live and work in Saudi Arabi that makes you a saudi resident. I transfered my case form my home country to NY (on H1-B) and it took only 2 months to transfer. I think you should write a letter explaining that you are a resident and send them a proof.
