You still didn't read what i want you to read :) Please see thay said if a person on a PGWP then employer dont need to show reacritment efforts to get positive LMO, he just has to tick on the columnwhich said "intended to make him permanent" so how could you say that it is difficult to get...

What about if i get jobs which comes under National Occupational Classification ???? Then is it easy to get LMO on that??? Eg: NOC1221, 1441 etc...

Hi, I am in Canada as an international student, i am eligible to apply under Federal immigration with arranged offer letter as i have Post graduate work permit. I only have 8 months pg work permit and my file will take some time to complete. I am not sure what will i do after my pgwp expires...

Thanks for your reply ENFIELD but i think you did not read my previous log. I said i am going on study visa and if after that i got a job during my PGWP and then if employer wants me to be as his permanent employee then can i get positive LMO or not?? i know if you are not there then it is...

If i find an employer during my Post graduation work permit who is ready to file my LMO. Then shall we definately get Positive LMO or is there any chances???? What are the reasons behind that please explain so that i can prepare strong LMO papers :) I a on 8 months studies. Thanks
