rcvd my case refusal email today :( >:( applied: August 11, 2008 wasnt part of the 38 NOC list.....this is unfair to all those applied during Feb'08 and November'08

Guys I am one of those who applied before new changes were announced and are just hangin in the middle not knowing if application wil be further entertained or rejected as i do not fall under those majic 38 NOC list however the strage thing is that there are few ppl who aplied before & after me...

any update anyone..????

I received my immigratino file number in AUgust 2008 where as teh changes were announcedn in November 2008. Till date my status on CIC website is APPLICATION RECEIVED. CAn anyone confirm if they have the same status or what might be the next step in my case..would the application be processed...
