They treated me the same way. Maybe they don't give a damn(no offence). Hang in there.

From my experience, wait for two more weeks. After 21 working days I received an update (on 8th Sept) that I am medically clean; as I had linked my application online. I may receive final decision in couple of days or so my consultant says. Good luck!

Have they approved it(visa) yet?

I have applied on 3rd August for September intake spp, too. There's no sign of any updates till now. My college has been started off.duh!
