i think you ll come back with the visa for sure. what i believe is they ve already made the decision before they requested the passport. maybe your picture attracted some officer , they just want to see you ! :P r you r a movie star or something?

In China, every place has different policies,well,that's how i feel,sometimes easy things could be very complicated. if it is really difficult for you to get it,another suggestion is to talk to some local immigrantion agency, they can make anything for you~~
