Guys, when did the IRCC changed the rule for PCC from 6 months in total to 6 months in a row? I submitted my application on 16 July.

I have just sent a case specific enquiry. Should i expect a reply? And if they do not accept my enquiry, how long it will take for them to refund the fees?

They never asked for it! They asked for the travel history again but not the PCC.

This is exactly why I didn't attach it (although I had it with me!). Also they asked me to send the travel history again after I submitted the application and then rejected because of PCC.

She stayed there for 5 months, then came back for 2 weeks and then went for a month and half again. So it was not at a stretch. And both were on different visas.
