my e-cas status changed 15 days ago to "medical results have been received" , and as i have been told from some ppl in this forum and others, this means that my PR is on the way , and when some body receive this usually its a few days matter to receive the PR, but until now i have'nt received...

my Ecas changed to "medical results have been received" ?? should this mean positivly that PR is close ? or is it going to take another two or three months or so (i have done medicals and sent them 2 months ago to CHC London)? please share your knowledge and thoughts about it . Please help...
