No ohhh IMM0008 is the Principal Application form which contains dependent information. That information can also be captured in the Additional Family Information. Since nothing has changed, we can ignore it however the lawyer said the IMM5406 which is the Additional Family Information is fine...

It was one week after I sent the receipt to my lawyers. The lawyers sent the receipt to them. Not sure where they sent it though, but that's about it.
