Bank letters are on headed paper signed by Manager plus his business card. Do these have to be notarized as well? Its the original letter I will send not a photocopy, so I am assuming it does not have to be notatized, am I right?

Well, according to the rules in London all photocopies have to be notarized, I am going to notarize my passport too. I guess its up to you, but why take the change, they will only send it back and delay the process even more.
