Assalam u alaikum Everyone, I just wanted to share that today i have received my passport with Visa stamped and finally i will be able to reunite with my wife, my son and daughter in Canada...the visa was stamped last week with a validity of an year ...BTW today is the day they changed my...

And they doze off once they receive your passport... its been 41 days since i have sent the passport and still the bloody E-Cas shows In Processs.

Assalam u alaikum Well two days after the email from CHC saying that my case is in queue for review i received a call in the morning from CHC-I today that they are reviewing my file and require the scan copy of RPRF receipt... which shows that they have now started reviewing my file... Hoping...

RPRF is right of Permanent Residence Fee... usually the Embassy people ask you to submit it in AOR... It can be paid in the beginning when the application is submitted or at any time during the application process. Make sure u pay it as soon as possible before they ask for your passport as that...

Try emailing them in the morning or afternoon ... I wrote to them in the afternoon around 230pm... if the automated response comes back it means they are going to respond to u soon

I have paid the RPRF infact also sent them the copy of the receipt along with the passport and Remedical reciept :(

Yea i wrote to them today and miraculously received the lamest reply possible from them which is as follow: Dear Client, This is in response to your email (see below). Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. Applicant's passport was received on 15 Apr 2011...

Yea me too and i have heard that it takes around a month for the CAIPS notes to arrive... I am hoping that my Passport will come back sooner than that

Mayena i did the remedical on April 5th and sent it to along with the passport... As far as the enquiry is concerned i wrote to them two weeks back to no response ... not even the automated one :( Haven't order CAIPS yet
