Re: London Office - Received request for RPRF Fee, Medicals and Updated Police Certs To be honest what you can not prove via documetation they just deduct points so if you pass the minimum requirements then you will be fine.

Im my first application i said i had degree but didnt pass it. in my updated documents i will state this will not having a degree affect me? i have over 10 years experience.

I am not sending a bank statement as my finances are in a hedge fund so will be sending the a statement showing the value of it which is transferable.

I also wanted to know that as they ask for forms to be filled again and send supporting documents do they go off the new form or the old one?

I have proof of funds but this is not in a regular savings account but in a hedge fund as I buy and sell shares. is an account showing the value of this as it is transferable immediately accepted?

i said i had a certificate but dont as i anticipated getting it before i immigrated. well I assume they will only base my application on what I have provided evidence for. who knows?

No its not that serious but I got lazy and did not complete my studies and thought I would whan I applied. They may take points off my application yes but I still have enough to qualify with work experience alone.

Will I be penalised if things on my initial application are different from the new one after receiving document update? some of my circumstances are different as I was studying cisco but did not complete it and I said i was studying it on my application which i sent in 2007 to london office.
