    I am from UK, unfortunately I have been in one of those 5 countries to visit exactly in March 2011 and I am not eligible for ESTA. So if I apply for eTa now I might get refused as I have just been denied a US visa?

    I am applying for eTa and I have been refused US visa twice under section 214B, one of the refusal was last week. I want to go for a short holiday. Will this effect my eTa application?
