Tried to call yesterday till I ran out of time.... I love how the message says they won't tolerate harrassment on the phone. Maybe even the most even tempered person is reduced to hysteria at the way this system works? I'll try again monday.......

So out of 58 applicants in May, 5 have not heard anything yet..... One of them is me, three of the five are from Buffalo. Is there any reason to believe they have lost the application? Is there any way to check, the website says if I email and it is not beyond the timeframe, they won't respond.

Ahh, I am still waiting also. We have moved to Canada, but my husband can't work without his pr. Part of me is scared that they lost my application......

The receipt number doesn't work? Is this the imm number that they have on the list of numbers to choose? When we crossed the border, the immigration officer used the number to check his status.

I am a Canadian citizen, so no client id Do they send anything by mail or is it all email? I am having my mail forwarded to my parents who live in us so they can weed out junk and send me the rest......

I have a question. We are moving to PEI at the end of July. Our address and email will change. Since I will have no file number until they actually open my application, how do I notify them of an address change? Thanks for your help.

I sent our application on May 17th and it was received on May 18th. We will be going through Buffalo.
