question lang mga bros and sis. re Step 4: Mail the Application "Affix sufficient postage" > may nilagay ba kayong postage sa envelope? what i know is kapag through regular mail, required talaga yung postage. how about kapag through courier isesend, sila ba ang maglalagay?
