job duties are more importannt than title.. it is advisable that u give ielts before application becuase by doing it u r sure about ur point... u can give ielts during the process..u have to submit the ielts result with full application to ur CHC. hope it helps.

Hi drooza, if possible try to take ielts early otherwise include explanation letter with registration of ielts and send with full doc. send ielts result as u get it. it's all on mercy of IO.
