    Ah yea I know now. If you are a Quebec selected immigrant then you do not need any proof anymore. The only thing you will need is your police clearance and medical examination. The CSQ is essentially a waiver for the federal selection procedure.

    I am not 100% sure but I would assume that In Queue means that you are on the waiting list to be processed (i.e. they have not looked at the file) while under review means they are currently processing it (at whatever stage).

    You don't need to provide proof for your funds under the Skilled Selection. You only need to sign the contract(s) (1 for them 1 for you for the immigration agent upon arrival). Its a one page form and you need to state that you have at least ~1800 CAD for yourself for the first three months.
