I was sponsored to come to canada n they took me n my moms pp so they could stamp the visa in our pp....I think it's the same now even tho that was 4 yrs ago

Yes it was Outland, but his case is being processed in Ottawa....idk why. We are gonna try for the extension now or in February. This will allow the 90 days for processing. Hope he gets it :-)

I agree. He has until June 1st n our sons birthday is June 26th I wish he can stay for that :-(

They gave him 4 months to stay n said if he doesn't comply then they gonna cancel his pr papers! Can they do that. Is it even worth it applying for extension or should he just go back after his 4 months? Also is it possible for him to try n get a open work permit?
