When we submit our full application to local visa office..do we need to submit..birth certificate and leaving certificate of my and my wife's parents? i am filinf for me and my wife only....but some where i read that..we need to submit both parents LC and Birth certi too? Pls guide me..

If you got copy of transcript...ask some of ur friend to go to university and ask him to it sealed..or if you have photocopy you can send notorized copy too its not an issue.. tell me in which state u r? how did u get state police and FBI police clearence.? and how long it took you to get it...

What I meant was If still he is an engineer but if his experience letter states all duties that comes under 7242 then how they can decline? because as far as i have read many topic that says matter is duties not position... But if he can get letter stating that he was working as electrician...
