How did you send your additional document? Just e-mailed them? Did you get any response back from them that they have would have received it? I sent in one document a month ago but never heard back from them, so I even don't know if they added it to my file or not..

I am trying all day today to submit GCMS request but they are not accepting any of my credit cards. All of them are VISAs... Is there any other way I could pay for that?
