    I have 8 semester marks sheets means I have transcripts. I have final degree certficated issue by university. It means I have both.. If I notarize the xerox copies of all marksheets and final degree certficate, Will it be enough for FSW1 application?

    I completed my degree in year 2002 and didnt get any universitysealed envelopes. i have all original certficates...I am thinking to notarize all my degree certficates and send to visa office. Will it be enough????
