This is so true. I was even the one who set an appointment pa on thursday with my consultant. The last time I went there, my consultant talked to me thru phone call lang. Pag fully paid na ganyan talaga sila, pag hindi mo naman binayaran ng buo, they will not entertain your queries. >:(
