you need to fill a form from WES website and send it to the controller of examination of your university. They will directly send it to WES. But you need to send degree certificate to WES directly. Remember to send photocopies only.

Hi, Since ECA report is provided to you online also apart from hard copy sent by post. I stay in India, can I choose a standard mail as it is cheaper to get the hard copy. While i can use the online version to fill my express entry form, does that make any sense ? Regards Faisal
