Could i apply for a FSW or anything of type of visa, im 31 from Australia.

I looked at the google docs spreadsheet within and i can only see a handful of applicants that dont have University/College Education as i thought this you had to have to be eligible for a Federal Skilled Visa? Im within IT a combo for NOC 2281 and 2282 with 4yrs experience and certifications.

I know the age limit for australian citizens to go to canada on the IEC WHV is 18-30 but just recently (November 2013) new zealand citizens have had there age limit increased from 30 to 35yrs of age. Will canada do the same with australia?

I read this response as if we take all supporting documentation that i can accompany me wife for her duration on the IEC WHV even though i dont meet the age requirement. I have looked at NOC Codes and i fall under in Type B as a User Support Technician.

I do understand that only my wife can look for work (IEC Work Permit) while myself (Visitor - accompanying her) i can not. But how do they keep track of this, whats to stop me looking for work and changing my visa status after ? or what would happen if i started applying for job while i landed...

To apply for any of the Occupations within the NOC List (0, A or B) do you need a job lined up prior ? Or if you match one of the Occupatons in either 0, A or B can i apply ?
