SO mean "Sans objet" which is the equivalent of N/A "not applicable" I would go with Numéro de dossier C00, but not 100% sure. Since you also have to file a copy of your CSQ, I don't think it's that big of a deal if you put in the wrong reference number. Anyway good luck / bonne chance !
