The passport was recieved by them on the 22nd of November. When did your wife file her application? Because i believe it changes to in-process based on the day that the application was recieved (depends on every case though).

Hi Jimmy if the passport was sent by courier you can check it by the tracking number. If not send them a quick email confirming, they replied to me when i did. All the best :)
