Hello... I think that it depends on the University requirments. Do they ask you for a toefl or ielts score? I applied for the visa using an online application and they just ask if you have an official english test, they didn't ask for the score.

I think that you have to renew your study permit or visa. For example my PhD is 4 years long but CAQ and Visa are issued with 3 years... maybe I will need to renew them for 1 year more... but I'm not sure, maybe someone else with this problem can help you.

I sent photocopies of everything... In fact, they say that you have to save the same documents for the study permit (like bank letters)

I was like you... I wrote approximate dates, even for the study permit I did the same. My acceptation letter doesn't explain the exact dates.

They accepted me without TOEFL or IELTS, however I wrote in the optional letter that I will take that test on this month, also, I think that the academic exchange that I did in USA helped. Thanks!

Hello. Yes, it is mandatory to show your financial status. I proved that with the scholarship letter and my personal savings for covering that requirement, I used the same docs for the student visa.

They sent me a email notification about that a message was on MyCIC... Also, the status of medical records was updated to passed. For me, medical tests were mandatory before submitting the application (I needed to upload a page with the number of the designated physician).

I have the same problem, but I submitted my application on Feb 6th and the next day I recieved another message... I don't have any update since that day. You have to check processing times for your country, and if they take more time for processing your application you can send them an email...
