please i need to know something very important about the medical exam i live in canada, and im sponsoring my wife she is from mexico now some people they say she have to do the medical exam and send it with the initial paper to ontario and in the same time she called the doctor that he do the...

my wife she asked the doctor about the medical exam he told her until the embassy send him the letter to do it thats mean he cant do it now i really dont understand the papers tell me to do it and him he is telling me he cant now ??? :-X

im here in montreal and she is in mexico in another state away from the capital and im gonna send the paper from here ( montreal ) to the address in ontario so in my situation is it called in land or outland and should i put canadian embassy in mexico or just mexico city

ahh another one when in the application he ask about the visa office requested for the process of your aplication: should i say the canadian embassy in mexico?
