What is the timeline when it says "meds received" in ecase till ppr????

Hi All, We got our med req in Aug 209 and did the medicals in Feb 201 since we were waiting on the birth of my child and wanted to do all together. Recently we send in our medicals for teh whole family on feb 2nd and gt the update on ecase as med recieved but the status still says in process...

We got our AOR on Dec 12, 2009 from Buffalo office and its been almost 7 months and waiting. The Ecase status says recived by "visa office". People who filed after us got their medicals which is making us worried. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :'(
